 Nettie Reeves is the founder of In Shape Financial Solutions and N’Shape With’N Health & Fitness and is a powerhouse of purpose, passion, and transformation. With over 15 years of experience as a financial coach, health coach, and life coach, Nettie founded her companies with a bold belief: being financially In Shape is just as important as being physically In Shape. She’s helped countless individuals and families rise above limitations, create generational wealth, embrace healthier lifestyles, and move boldly toward a life of freedom and fulfillment. Nettie brings a unique heart-centered approach that bridges financial empowerment with personal well-being. 

She’s a proud wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose life’s work has earned her some of the nation’s highest honors—including the Steve Harvey Hoodie Award for Community Service, one of Charlotte’s 50 Most Influential Women—Career Award, the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Medallion, and received the President’s Council on Health and Fitness—Community Leadership Award by the Obama administration.
